No fixed formulas — a partnership built around you, with a price that fits your reality. Where you land depends on a mix of things: how many systems you run and how complex they already are, how hard you want to push on innovation, how many of your people get involved, and usually a few things beyond that. That's normal, and it's exactly what 19+ years across all kinds of companies and stages has taught us to read.

How the budget works

You commit to a steady monthly budget, and we put it to work on whatever your needs call for that month. Some months that's mostly engineering; another month a strategic lead steps in for a key decision, and the mix shifts to make room. A senior day costs more than an engineer's, so the balance moves while the budget stays the same and predictable. We focus on getting you what you need, not on tallying hours. And the budget moves with your needs, not your headcount, always matched to what the work actually calls for.

How we get there

Getting there is two weeks of real work: we sit down with your people, read through your documentation, look inside your systems, and map how it all connects. Then we make sense of it, pull it together, and walk your leadership through everything in a two-hour session, in plain language.

Price and terms

€4,500 for two weeks. A single fixed price, agreed up front: what you see is what you pay. The report is yours to keep either way. Whether you continue with us is entirely your call, and if you do within 60 days, half of the €4,500 comes off your first month.

Who actually does the work?
Zeropoint's own people, the ones we've found, trained and keep challenging. Your main point of contact stays steady, so you build real history with someone who knows your business and remembers the why behind every decision. Around them, we shape the team to what you need, the right people for where you are now. We let AI carry the routine, so their time goes to the calls that need real judgment. And we work right alongside your team, so your own people grow stronger too.
What if I need more capacity in a given month?
Extra days on top of your budget run at your standard rate, the same as always. And if a bigger, well-defined project comes up alongside the partnership, we agree its budget up front, so you always know where you stand.
Are the prices excluding VAT?
Yes. All our rates are shown excluding 21% Belgian VAT.
What about urgent work outside office hours?
Urgent work outside office hours carries a 50% surcharge, and only for production and maintenance work. We agree up front exactly which situations count, so it's always clear in advance.
What's billed separately?
Hosting and cloud infrastructure, domain names and SSL certificates. Anything an external supplier invoices, we pass straight through at cost, exactly what they charge.
What if I want to stop the partnership?
You can stop whenever you like. You get a structured handover and stay the full owner of your code, data, documentation and decision records. You're free the whole way through.
Can I scale up or down later?
Yes, any time. At every quarterly review we adjust it with you. What you pay should match what you need today, not where you were two years ago.
Do I have to start with a Groundwork Survey?
No. The Survey is there for anyone who wants to get to know us first, or a thorough diagnosis to start from. You can also begin a partnership straight away, we look at what fits together in the first conversation.
