I grew up abroad and saw up close how talent can emerge anywhere, not only where the demand is. That insight still runs through everything we build at Zeropoint: partnerships that last, environments that keep evolving, and people who make each other stronger across borders.

I've learned that people don't grow from being told what they want to hear. They grow when someone's honest with them — and stays beside them through the discomfort that brings. Change is hard; that's human. So at Zeropoint we don't smooth it over, we make it safe to go through together — and that's what makes a way forward that actually lasts.
