🤝 Sometimes the answer is 'not yet'

Not every good idea should be built today. When new EU traceability rules came onto the radar, VH asked us to work them out — so we drew up the full architecture with them, then put it on ice. Building it before the rules are real is just cost. The plan's ready for the day it matters; saying 'not yet' meant passing on the work, and that's exactly why VH trusts our next yes.

📊 Efficiency, measured their way

Standard ERP measures efficiency as if every product is the same. At VH, no two jobs are. So we built a module that measures the way they actually work — and the numbers finally mean something.

🌎 No more blind spots across borders

Stock kept 'disappearing' on the long routes to Europe. So every product got a barcode, scanned at each checkpoint and live in the ERP — with a Zeropoint colleague on the ground across their production sites to get the rollout right. Now nothing goes missing unexplained.

🤖 AI where it actually earns its place

VH wanted AI that does real work, not a demo. So we built it into the ERP they use every day — handling the routine, so their people stay free for the calls that need judgment. And it keeps going: with AI, there's always a next thing to weave in.

The Challenge. Wim, founder of Algovisory, had a sharp question: could an algorithm actually predict where Dubai property values would rise? He had the capital and the insight — but no way to test it without building, and no sense betting everything on a full build that might not work.

The Solution. So instead of building everything, we built the smallest thing that could answer his question — with Wim: his market insight, our engineering. The hard part wasn't the software; it was teaching an algorithm to actually predict a market, not just describe it. We tested it on real data, to find out if the idea held up before betting big.

The Outcome. It worked. The idea held up — so Algovisory became a real company, and the platform went live. We're still in it as their long-term partner, now growing the platform toward Europe.
